The O‘ahu Highways Division is redefining how it prepares supervisors to fulfill the important kuleana of road caretakers. This custom-designed leadership program explores "ua mau ke ea o ka ‘āina i ka pono" to learn about shared leadership as another way of leading teams. To date, two cohorts have completed the program. The goal is they become alaka‘i who can sustain the positive changes forward.
